Bahia Vista Estates is the first park purchased in Florida by Florida Broad Acre Trailer Lodge, Inc. Purchased in 1969, Bahia Vista Estates is the Flagship of Florida Broad Acre's 55+­ Retirement Communities. As you can see from our Site Map, we have room for over 250 homes in our Community, which makes it the largest of the Communities owned and operated by Florida Broad Acre Trailer Lodge, Inc.

Being the Flagship of their Communities, it is therefore no surprise to find that Scott Grissom, the third generation family member to be President can be found here tending to the day to day operations of Bahia Vista Estates. It is also no surprise to find that Steve Grissom the Vice President and brother to Scott can be found on the grounds tending to the day to day grounds maintenance.

Genesee Hixon

Also as the in park Office manager can be found Genesee Hixon, taking care of a large portion of the sales and customer service. As a resident herself, Genesee is the perfect customer service member of the Community management team to make sure the residents continue to come first, as they always have.
